Vinification & Aging: The presence of marine fossils in the Euganean Hills area testifies to their origin: an archipelago of volcanic islands that emerged 130 million years ago. The sharp reliefs separated by cool valleys, the suitable sun exposure and the mixing of alluvial deposits with disintegrated volcanic rocks, determine intense qualitative characteristics in the grapes. These peculiarities give the sparkling wines vivacity, finesse and pleasantness of taste.

Pairings: It is easy to drink if served as an aperitif and excellent with fish-based starters, also excellent throughout the meal with not particularly demanding foods.
