Notes: On the nose it offers a broad and complex bouquet, intense, with hints of pepper, nutmeg and elegant balsamic nuances that blend with sensations of ripe plum, licorice and coffee. On the palate it is warm, fat, opulent but at the same time fresh and savoury, with a dense tannic texture. The tasting leaves a long memory of ripe fruit and roasting in the mouth. A wine of great character.

Vinification & Aging: the wine is the result of a selection of grapes of extraordinary concentration and superior organoleptic qualities, contributed by the quality of the land and the very low production per plant. The contact of the must with the skins is long and intense and every day 4 punching downs are done. At the end of fermentation, the wine is transferred to French oak barriques where the malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine is refined in barriques for about 15-20 months and at least 12 months in the bottle.
