Vinification & Aging: Martinotti Method, bottle aging for 6 months.

Pairings : To appreciate its richness and aromatic complexity, we recommend tasting it alone as an aperitif. If you want to accompany it with flavours, we recommend it with raw fish such as tuna, cuttlefish or octopus or even turbot carpaccio or with fish pasta and risotto, fresh cheeses, baked fish.
