Notes: Wine of great charm and freshness. Rich in fruity notes such as cherry, strawberry, raspberry and currant and a fresh hint of pomegranate, combined with floral scents. On the palate, red fruits stand out with aromas of strawberry and cherry that combine with an important freshness that gives balance and irresistible pleasantness. It has a pleasant tannic texture that reflects the variety and gives it a good structure. Equipped with excellent persistence, lively, fresh with a pleasant minerality.

Vinification & Aging: vinification In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, after a short maceration with the skins for 6/8 hours, soft pressing of the whole grapes under inert gas. Static cold clarification and subsequent fermentation in white of the clear must at a temperature of 15-16°C.

Pairings : Thanks to its freshness, it has a wide range of pairing possibilities, from generic appetizers based on cold cuts, to fried foods and even tasty fish such as octopus.
