Notes : Of great aromatic intensity, clean and impeccable, Señorío De lizia sobre Lías stands out for its notes of peach and apricot along with those of tropical fruit. With a background of fresh grass and light hints of fennel and aromatic herbs . A white clean, bright and crystalline that enjoys exuberant aromas of white fruits with a pleasant pineapple finish that gives it a fresh and thirst-quenching touch.

Vinification & Aging: The grapes are hand-picked. Before pressing they are refrigerated. Fermentation on the lees at a controlled temperature between 15-17 °C. The wine remains on the lees until bottling which takes place in the January following the harvest. Fermentation at a controlled temperature and bottling in January.

Pairings : Its fruity flavour makes it the perfect choice to accompany fish, white meats and semi-mature cheeses.
