Notes : A 2011 Caol Ila single malt, matured in a koval cask for 9 years before being bottled in 2020. On the palate it sums up all the contrasts of the region from which it comes, bringing together the land and the sea in a single sip. Peated , lively nose, at first impact hints of peat smoke, balanced with vanilla notes and hints of wood. On the palate, harmony with the nose reigns, attack with hints combined between smoke and algae, leaving room for salted butter and custard . Persistent finish.
