Notes : Meditation grappa, obtained from a selection of pomace from white and red grapes. Distillation takes place in small copper stills, following the traditional discontinuous bain-marie method, followed by aging for at least 18 months in oak barriques which gives roundness and elegance. The aromatic profile brings back hints of vanilla and spices.
