Notes: Orange blossoms and citrus notes are perceived on the nose, with fragrant hints of peach. The body is medium and with an engaging drinkability, always on a pleasant mineral background.
Vinification & Aging: Pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days at 5°C, followed by fermentation for about two weeks, half of the time with contact with the skins and the other half without. Aging in concrete tanks for one year on its own yeasts.
Pairings : Ideal as an aperitif; goes well with any type of vegetable dish, especially first courses, sushi and fish soups.

Note di degustazione +
Al naso si percepiscono fiori di arancio e note agrumate, con fragranti sentori di pesca. Il corpo è medio e con beva accattivante, sempre su piacevole fondo minerale.
Abbinamenti gastronomici +
Ideale come aperitivo; accompagna bene ogni tipo di piatto di verdure, in particolare i primi piatti, sushi e zuppe di pesce.
Vinificazione e affinamento +
Vinificazione. Macerazione pre-fermentativa di 5 giorni a 5°C, seguita da una fermentazione di circa due settimane, per metà del tempo con contatto sulle bucce e per l’altra metà senza.
Affinamento. Affinamento in vasche di cemento per un anno sui propri lieviti.
