Notes: The nose is intense with aromas of apple and pear, pineapple and grapefruit. The palate is fresh, soft with a bitter finish.

Vinification & Aging: The grapes are processed in steel, and the wine ages in steel for 4 months on the yeasts, followed by another 3 months in the bottle before being released for sale.

Pairings: recommended with aperitifs, fish, white meats.
