Bombino Bianco is vinified in purity , giving a straw yellow wine, rich and pleasant, with a clean taste. It is also used as a blending wine to strengthen other white wines that are too weak. Due to the large size of the bunches, pruning must be of medium length to avoid weakening the plants. This vine grows best on dry, light, siliceous or calcareous soils, well exposed and possibly on hills.
