Notes : A very drinkable Bordeaux, with fruity notes. Very easy to drink, fruity and juicy with soft tannins almost imperceptible.

Vinification & Aging: Mechanical harvesting, Temperature-controlled vinification in stainless steel vats. Cold maceration for 5 days and thermo-controlled first fermentation. Aging in bottle.

Pairings: Multiple pairings, from light cuisine to delicate meats, pasta and fish.
