Notes : From the terroir of Pigneret Fils, the Pinot Noir releases its best aromas of raspberry, black cherry with a purple color, all with roundness and great finesse on the palate. A warm, intense wine with a long and persistent finish. The Givry denomination hides a delicate aromatic register, hence the pairing with hot cakes.

Vinification & Aging: 70% aged in oak barrels and 30% in steel.

Accompaniments : However, thanks to its solid structure, it can also go well with roast veal and chicken, as well as with chicken stew. The Givry appellation also appreciates soft cheeses, Brie de Meaux and goat's cheese.
