Castellare di Castellinais an estate located in the heart of theChianti Classico area . Born from the merger of four farms (Castellare, Caselle, San NiccolòandLe Case), this estate extends over approximately80 hectares. Of these,33 hectaresare dedicated to vineyards, while12 hectaresare used as olive groves.
The history ofCastellare di Castellinadates back to the 1970s, when Paolo Panerai united the four estates with the aim of producing high-quality wine. The estate contributed to the so-calledRenaissance of Italian wine, maintaining a tradition of caring for the vineyards and land, respecting the Chianti Classico and using only native Tuscan vines.
