Castellare di Castellina is an estate located in the heart of the Chianti Classico area . Born from the merger of four farms ( Castellare, Caselle, San Niccolò and Le Case ), this estate extends over approximately 80 hectares . Of these, 33 hectares are dedicated to vineyards, while 12 hectares are used as olive groves.

The history of Castellare di Castellina dates back to the 1970s, when Paolo Panerai united the four estates with the aim of producing high-quality wine. The estate contributed to the so-called Renaissance of Italian wine , maintaining a tradition of caring for the vineyards and land, respecting the Chianti Classico and using only native Tuscan vines.
