Note : This cuvée is the result of a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The Chardonnays from Grauves bring freshness and elegance and the Pinot Noir from Dizy and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ structure and character. It is this combination that gives it freshness, vivacity and width in the mouth.

Vinification & Aging : Vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Aging in the cellar.

Pairings : Perfect with raw fish and oysters.
