Name : Classic Method Sparkling Wine Millesimato

Notes: Wine obtained thanks to the recovery of a centuries-old vine belonging to the Vissanello variety, native to the town of Cupi di Visso. The vine, on ungrafted roots, was recovered from a site still present near the town where, married to field maples and still productive, it remains as evidence of an ancient vineyard settlement. Its originality, which characterizes the strength of its flavor and its austere and decisive character, rewards it.

Vinification & Aging: Heroic agriculture at more than 1000 meters above sea level. Disgorging done in small batches of 100 bottles. Aging on the lees from a minimum of 28 to a maximum of 60 months. Not dosed.

Pairings: Suitable for all meals.
