Vinification & Aging : Blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, vinified with malolactic fermentation and aged on the lees for a minimum of 36 months. Disgorging and dosing of the same wine from reserve vintages.

Pairings : Excellent with all meals.
