Alexandre Gabriel, the brilliant master distiller, creator of wonders, phantasmagorical producer of exceptional spirits, with this limited edition Borderies Cognac wanted to market a cognac made from Ugni-Blanc grapes, distilled over a live flame in a copper pot-still at medium temperature, then aged in French oak barrels for at least 10 years. At the end of this long process, the aromatic palette is rich and complex, with hints of white flowers and candied orange blossoms, notes due to the Charentais method. On the palate it is velvety and sweet. To be drunk neat, to be savored, by true connoisseurs.
