The pure juniper berries are harvested on Pratomagno at an altitude of 1592 metres above sea level, from which this unmistakable spirit takes its name.

Aka Torii è un gin giapponese artigianale che invita a esplorare i segreti della cultura nipponica, racchiudendo in ogni goccia tradizione, eleganza e mistero.
Distillato con bacche di ginepro, scorze di cedro e pregiato tè verde della Prefettura di Saga, questo gin si distingue per il suo profilo fresco, aromatico e delicatamente erbaceo. A rendere il tutto ancora più raffinato è l’utilizzo di acqua dolce e leggera dei Monti Nara, che dona equilibrio e morbidezza al sorso.
