Note : Gin EVER is a unique and particular gin. Composed 10 botanicals specially chosen for their quality and uniqueness. The mountains of Alicante are historically very rich in botanical species such as juniper, rosemary and peppermint. To these are added sweet orange peel and lemon peel, which offer a journey through native products alongside other ingredients of unquestionable quality, such as Indian cardamom, Moroccan coriander, angelica and mint.
Gin EVER is distilled in a traditional copper still using a three-phase grain distillation process. The first phase includes only some of the elements that give character to the product. The arrival of the second phase manages to give Gin EVER its characteristic softness, so much so that with the third phase only the heart is used. As a result of this careful and traditional production, Gin EVER was awarded the gold medal by the CINVE 2012 and CINVE 2013 International Competition, an international competition whose jury is composed of experts from 30 countries.

Gin EVER è un distillato artigianale pluripremiato, frutto di un’attenta selezione di 10 botaniche di altissima qualità, provenienti dalle montagne di Alicante e da terre lontane.
Tra le sue botaniche spiccano ginepro, rosmarino, menta piperita, scorze di arancia dolce e limone, che raccontano il territorio spagnolo, affiancate da ingredienti esotici come cardamomo indiano, coriandolo marocchino e radice di angelica.
La produzione avviene in un alambicco tradizionale di rame, con un processo di distillazione a tre fasi che garantisce finezza, pulizia e grande morbidezza al palato. Solo il “cuore” della distillazione viene utilizzato per creare un gin equilibrato, aromatico e unico nel suo genere.
Premiato con la medaglia d’oro al concorso internazionale CINVE nel 2012 e 2013, Gin EVER è un distillato che unisce artigianalità, eccellenza botanica e riconoscimento globale.
