Note : In Italian-speaking countries the bird is known as the Juniper Tit. It is well known that the Alpine Juniper berry is essential to the production of gin. But no one knows how important the so-called Juniper Bird is to the juniper plant and vice versa. The juniper plant feeds the bird and the bird causes the juniper seeds to spread and grow new plants. Le botaniche includono bacche di ginepro, semi di coriandolo, radice di angelica, citronella, cardamomo, trementina di pistacchio e origano. Al naso è profumato di erbe fresche con una nota di limone. Al gusto è importante il sapore del ginepro, seguito da cardamomo e citronella. Fresco e speziato.
