The pure juniper berries are harvested on Pratomagno at an altitude of 1592 metres above sea level, from which this unmistakable spirit takes its name.

Santamanía Gin Reserva è una raffinata interpretazione del gin, invecchiata in botti di rovere, che unisce la freschezza delle botaniche alla profondità e rotondità del legno. Prodotto in Spagna dalla prestigiosa distilleria Santamanía, nasce da spirito neutro di uva Tempranillo e viene distillato in alambicchi di rame con un metodo artigianale che ne esalta l’eleganza.
Il passaggio in botte conferisce al gin note calde e avvolgenti di vaniglia, legno tostato e spezie dolci, mantenendo la struttura classica del ginepro e delle botaniche mediterranee. Al palato è morbido, rotondo e complesso, con un finale lungo e leggermente fruttato.
