Note : This rum is born on the volcanic island of Fiji, with very rich soils that favor the cultivation of sugar cane according to the organic method. The same is cut by hand, which makes the juice richer and with less tannins.
Fiji Rum is refined and intense, with notes of exotic fruit and takes you on a real journey to the Pacific islands, combining nature and the art of distillation.
On the nose it opens up a bouquet of exotic fruits including papaya, pineapple and sugar cane. On the palate it is also fruity, dry and sweet. Clean, crispy taste with an almond and spicy finish. It can almost be defined as agricultural.

Questo rum nasce sull'isola vulcanica di Fiji, con terreni molto ricchi che favoriscono la coltivazione della canna da zucchero secondo il metodo biologico. La stessa, viene tagliata a mano, il che fa si che il succo sia più ricco e con meno tannini.
Il Rum Fiji è raffinato ed intenso, con note di frutta esotica e fa vivere un vero e proprio viaggio nelle isole del Pacifico, combinando natura ed arte di distillazione.
Al naso si apre un bouquet di frutta esotica tra cui la papaia, ananas e canna da zucchero. Al palato è altresì fruttato, secco e dolce. Gusto pulito, croccante con un finale di ammandorlato e speziato. Si può quasi definire agricolo.
