Note : The distillery is located in Trelawny, an area defined as the Grand Cru of Jamaican rum, thanks to the biodiversity present and considered one of the best in the world, for the use of its own spring water and the discontinuous distillation in copper pot stills, without any adulteration.
An aromatic rum, with an oily consistency that is in a class of its own. It has also been aged in Scotland for 13 years in an ex-bourbon cask.
The nose perceives hints of burnt rubber and matches that fade away, joining with fruity aromas of pineapple and apple. It recalls the same olfactory notes on the palate, along with pepper, vanilla and cocoa beans. The finish is prolonged.
Try it with prawn and cuttlefish tartare, as well as classic chocolate desserts.

La distilleria sorge a Trelawny, un'area definita il Gran cru del rum jamaicano, grazie alla biodiversità presente ed considerata una delle migliori al mondo, per l'utilizzo della propria acqua sorgiva e la distillazione in pot still di rame discontinua, senza alcuna adulterazione.
Un rum aromatico, dalla consistenza oleosa che si colloca in una categoria a parte. È stato inoltre invecchiato in Scozia per ben 13 anni in una botte ex-bourbon.
Al naso si percepiscono sentori di gomma bruciata e fiammiferi che si attenuano unendosi ad aromi fruttati di ananas e mela. Richiama al palato le stesse note olfattive, insieme a pepe, vaniglia e fave di cacao. Il finale è prolungato.
Da provare con tartare di gamberi e seppie, oltre ai classici dolci al cioccolato.
