The emblem is still printed on the Ezra Brooks Black Label label.

Bowsaw 100% Straight American Bourbon è un bourbon del Kentucky prodotto con una miscela di mais (75%), segale (21%) e orzo maltato (4%). Invecchiato in botti nuove di quercia americana, si presenta morbido al palato con profumi di vaniglia, legno tostato e toffee. Al gusto emergono note di caramello, pepe nero e un tocco agrumato. Il finale è dolce e speziato, con sentori di biscotto e vaniglia. Equilibrato e versatile, è ideale da gustare liscio o nei classici cocktail americani.
