Note : To obtain the GRAPPA RISERVA Leardini, the best pomace is used, freshly harvested and very carefully destemmed. It is distilled using an artisanal method and slowly in small batches to maintain the nuances of taste that would otherwise be lost, then the distillate is placed in small barriques and after over 18 months it is bottled. The aging is natural, respecting as always the times of nature.
