Name: Moscato d'Asti DOCG

Notes: The nose opens with a bouquet of flowers, Mediterranean herbs and citrus. On the palate it is affable, sweet and delicate.

Vinification & Aging : delicate pressing of the grapes followed by fermentation in a stainless steel autoclave with controlled temperatures between 16°/18° for a few days, until obtaining 5% alcohol by volume. Sterile filtration and bottling in isobaric mode

Pairings: it is appreciated as a refreshing drink, it is served with sweets and desserts, it is also paired with spicy ethnic cuisine.
