The secret recipe, down to the smallest details, involves several processing phases exclusively by hand; the fresh juniper berries are dried in the laboratory on a single layer. At least 3 months of refinement and the same amount of processing pass before being placed on the market. The taste is dry and aromatic, pungent but the other botanicals such as ginger, cardamom and coriander make it "velvety and rounded".
