A few kilometers from Epernay, in Aÿ , in the heart of Champagne, is Hénin-Delouvin. The maison carefully cultivates the three Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay distributed in different villages of the Grand Cru: Aÿ-Champagne and Chouilly. In Premier Cru: Dizy, Grauves and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. In the Marne Valley: Cerseuil.
The geographical division of the vineyards offers a great diversity of winemaking such as "monocépages" and blends of wines.
