Notes : On the nose it has an intense, complex aroma where fruity notes stand out that recall blackcurrant. In the mouth the wine is balanced, soft with an aftertaste that recalls the olfactory notes.

Vinification & Aging : vinification in steel, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aging from 24 to 30 months in 50% new wooden barriques and for 12 months in bottle.

Pairings: In general it is easy to pair with red meats. In particular it is excellent accompanied by liver and wild boar.
