Notes : A robust wine with shades of purple red, rich in refined tannins and delicate notes of violet. On the palate it is balanced and full, initially velvety. The refinement in small oak barrels gives Lagrein character and fine aromatic notes.
Vinification & Aging: Fermentation at controlled temperature and constant pressing of the marc for 14 days in special barrels. Aging for fifteen months in small oak barrels.
Pairings : Ideal with rich recipes, red meats, furred and feathered game and hard cheeses.
