Name : Etna Rosso DOC

Notes: On the nose it releases intense aromas of red fruits, such as black cherries and wild strawberries. Pleasant vanilla notes and a very clean floral touch. On the palate it is full, warm with a marked acidic note. Medium-intense tannins.

Vinification & Aging: Harvest in the second/third decade of October. Fermentation occurs slowly in steel tanks, aging in French oak tonneaux for 12 months. After bottling, further refinement follows for at least 3 months.

Pairings: Suitable for both first courses, especially if prepared with meat sauces, and with second courses of red meat and game.
