Notes: Complex on the nose, with aromas of citrus and yellow-fleshed fruit, such as peach. On the palate it stands out for its sapidity, excellent balance and fresh and intensely mineral finish.
Vinification & Aging: Harvest during the first ten days of September. Soft pressing of the grapes, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. Maturation in stainless steel for about 2 months with rest on the fine lees.
Pairings: Excellent with first courses with vegetable sauces, fish risottos and grilled white meats.

Note di degustazione +
Al naso è complesso, profumi di agrumi e frutta a polpa gialla, come la pesca. Al palato spicca per la sua sapidità, ottimo equilibrio e finale fresco e intensamente minerale.
Abbinamenti gastronomici +
Ottimo per accompagnare primi piatti con sughi di verdure, risotti di pesce e carni bianche grigliate.
Vinificazione e affinamento +
Vinificazione. Vendemmia durante la prima decade di settembre. Pigiatura soffice delle uve, seguita dalla fermentazione a temperatura controllata.
Affinamento. Maturazione in acciaio inox per circa 2 mesi con sosta sulle fecce fini.
