Notes: The nose has delicate and clean aromas. Notes of dog rose and cherry are clearly perceived. The palate is soft and has a perfect connotation with the olfactory notes. Delicately acidic finish.
Vinification & Aging: Harvest at the end of September. Maceration of the skins for 18/24 hours, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Aging in stainless steel vats.
Pairings: Excellent with seafood appetizers and starters, light vegetable soups and white meats.

Al profumi sono delicati e puliti. Si percepiscono chiaramente note di rosa canina e ciliegia. Al palato è morbido ed ha una perfetta connotazione con le note olfattive. Finale delicatamente acido.
Abbinamenti gastronomici +
Ottimo per accompagnare aperitivi ed antipasti di mare, zuppe di verdure leggere e carni bianche.
Vinificazione e affinamento +
Vinificazione. Vendemmia a fine settembre. Macerazione delle bucce per 18/24 ore, fermentazione alcolica a temperatura controllata.
Affinamento. Affinamento in tini di acciaio inox.
