Magma Identity

Volcanic wines are produced from grapes grown on volcanic soils or with similar characteristics.

These soils are rich in phosphorus, magnesium and potassium, which give the wines a particular complexity , flavour, minerality and acidity.

Volcanic wines can be white or red, and are typical of some Italian areas such as Etna, Castelli Romani, Vesuvius, Ischia, Vulture, the Euganean Hills and Tuscia .

Italian volcanic wines have a long tradition and great quality, which makes them unique and appreciated all over the world.
