Notes : Notes of red fruit, cherry. Savoury and persistent, fruity. Beautiful freshness and persistence.
Vinification & Aging: The grapes were destemmed, delicately crushed and transferred to the press where they underwent a brief maceration of about 2-4 hours at low temperature to enhance the richness of the aromatic precursors. After pressing, the must reached the stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature. The different lots were carefully and regularly evaluated and assembled.
Pairings : Excellent with fish-based first courses, spaghetti with clams, seafood risotto. Perfect for aperitifs.

Note di frutta rossa, ciliegia. Sapido e persistente, fruttato. Bella freschezza e persistenza.
Abbinamenti gastronomici +
Ottimo con i primi a base di pesce, spaghetti con le vongole, risotto alla marinara. Perfetto per apertivi.
Vinificazione e affinamento +
Vinificazione. Le uve sono state diraspate, delicatamente pigiate e traferite in pressa dove hanno effettuato una breve macerazione di circa 2-4 ore a bassa temperatura per esaltare la ricchezza dei precursori aromatici. Dopo la pressatura il mosto ha raggiunto i serbatoi di acciaio inox dove ha avuto luogo la fermentazione alcolica ad una temperatura controllata. I diversi lotti sono stati accuratamente e regolarmente valutati e assemblati.
Affinamento. Affinamento in acciaio.
