Passerina

Passerina is a white grape variety that has its origins in central Italy .

This vine, with an ancient history, enchants the nose and palate with a rich and delicate bouquet. The exact origin of the Passerina is disputed between the Marche and the province of Frosinone . In the rest of the Lazio , is almost completely absent. Until a few years ago, it was used as a blending grape to add nuance and elegance to other wines, but today many winemakers produce it Passerina in purity to enhance its distinct aromatic qualities.

Passerina is a very fresh wine, not very structured, but very fragrant. Do not expect a strong and decisive wine like Verdicchio or Pecorino , but rather a harmonious and graceful symphony.
