Notes : Fragrant aromas of wild strawberries, blackberries and fresh raspberries, accompanied by aromatic herbs and a pleasant spiciness of pepper and vanilla. In the mouth it is juicy, slender on the precise fruity return that opens the way to the lively acidity.

Vinification & Aging: Younger and older vines are naturally vinified together to ensure balance. The wine ages 11 months in neutral oak to then be mineral and spicy.

Pairings : Excellent with raw fish and tartare.
