A Florentine DOC born in 1978, Guido Mori has a degree in chemistry, but decides to take the path of cooking.
He currently holds the position of didactic director of the Master in Culinary Arts and Sciences at the IUL Telematic University, as well as a teacher of scientific cooking at ALMA .
He could be defined as "The kitchen engineer": he deals with research and development of new food products and the structuring of industrial and semi-industrial lines.
His main values: a passion for cooking and wine, so much so that he founded his own agricultural company "I Mori" , and respect for the raw materials carefully researched through an extremely scrupulous selection process.
