Note : Bitter del Redentore is the newest spirits from the Sibillini, whose name comes from the second highest peak of the Sibillini Mountains, the Cima del Redentore.

A unique product, the result of careful research into botanicals. Citrus and bitter hints, a strong and unmistakable taste: Bitter del Redentore is the result of mixing water from springs in the Marche region, cereal alcohol and an infusion of wild botanicals from the Sibillini Mountains.

Among its notes stand out gentian, absinthe and orange thyme, from the combination of which derives the bitterish taste that identifies thick bitters and amari.

A pleasant sweet and bitter mix, strong character, designed to enhance the freshness and the herbaceous, balsamic and woody character of the botanicals.
