Notes: The nose reveals an intense fruitiness where notes of blackberry and raspberry are distinguished, softened by hints of lychee. Vinous. On the palate it is fragrant, structured and with an excellent balance to guarantee the persistence of the taste.

Vinification & Aging: The grapes are crushed and destemmed and after a short cold maceration, to favor the transfer of color, they are pressed with a pneumatic press with a closed lung. After a rapid cold clarification, the musts were racked and fermented at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. Maturation in steel and final refinement in the bottle.

Pairings: Ideal with appetizers and first courses based on fish and vegetables, second courses of fish and white meat.
