Notes: Delicate, fresh and persistent fragrance of fruit and flowers, hint of bitter almonds. Fresh and vibrant, but also balanced and persistent with a light bitter aftertaste characteristic of Verdicchio.
Vinification & Aging: Fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks and bottling after the winter.
Pairings: Fish-based dishes, white meats, appetizers and first courses.

Delicato, fragranza fresca e persistente di frutta e fiori, sentore di mandorle amare. Fresco e vibrante, ma anche equilibrato e persistente con leggero retrogusto amarognolo caratteristico del Verdicchio.
