Name : Etna Bianco DOC
Notes: The nose is intense, rich aromas of Mediterranean scrub and orange blossom. The palate reflects the olfactory sensations, it is full-bodied with an excellent acidic note. Mineral and savoury persistence on the finish.
Vinification & Aging: Harvest in the second/third decade of October. Fermentation occurs slowly in steel tanks at low temperature. In September of the following year it is bottled, followed by further refining.
Pairings: Recommended with fish, seafood and crudités. Also excellent with white meat and vegetable dishes.

Note di degustazione +
Al naso è intenso, ricchi profumi di macchia mediterranea e zagara. Al palato rispecchia le sensazioni olfattive, è corposo con un'ottima nota acida. Persistenza minerale e sapida sul finale.
Abbinamenti gastronomici +
Indicato piatti a base di pesce, frutti di mare e cruditè. Ottimo anche per accompagnare pietanze a base di carni bianche e verdure.
Vinificazione e affinamento +
Vinificazione. Vendemmia nella seconda/terza decade di ottobre. La fermentazione avviene lentamente in vasche di acciaio a bassa temperatura.
Affinamento. A settembre dell'anno successivo viene imbottigliato, segue ulteriore affinamento.
