Notes : A blend of wild grapes carefully selected from vineyards and woods. It takes almost two months to harvest, often ending in late November. The quantities are very low and vinified using the traditional method in quevri and unfiltered, thus managing to maintain the distinctive and vital character of these grapes.
Vinification & Aging : Wild vines that reach the surprising age of 400 years, vinified in quevri in contact with the skins give this white distinctive traits and kaleidoscopes on which the minerality stands out, accompanied by vegetal notes and a great balsamic quality.

Assemblaggio di uve selvatiche scrupolosamente ricercate tra i vigneti e boschi. Ci vogliono quasi due mesi per la raccolta, che spesso termina a novembre inoltrato. Le quantità sono bassissime e vinificate col metodo tradizionale in quevri e non filtrati, riuscendo così a mantenere il carattere distintivo e vitale di queste uve.

Vinificazione. Viti selvagge che arrivano alla sorprendente etá di 400 anni, vinificate in quevri a contatto con le bucce conferiscono a questo bianco tratti distintivi e caleidoscopi su cui spicca la mineralità, accompagnata da note vegetali e una grande balsamicitá.
Affinamento. In anfora.
