Notes : Nose of fresh red fruit. Rich, crisp on the palate. Beautiful balance between fruit and freshness.
Vinification & Aging: Old vines on basaltic soil. Mechanical harvest, leavening on indigenous yeasts and fermentation at controlled temperature (26-32°) for 8 days.
Pairings : Ideal to accompany rich dishes, roast meats, herb-flavoured leg of lamb, confit tomatoes, platters of cold cuts and cheeses.

Naso di frutta rossa fresca. Al palato è ricco, croccante. Bellissimo equilibrio tra frutta e freschezza.

Vinificazione. Vecchie vigne su suolo basaltico. Raccolta meccanica, lievitazione sui lieviti indigeni e fermentazione a temperatura controllata (26-32°) per 8 giorni.
