Notes: On the nose it is floral and fragrant, with notes of orange blossom and broom, fruity, with notes of tropical fruit, apricot and peach. On the palate it is elegant, balanced, fresh, savoury and persistent, able to mature for years acquiring more and more personality.

Vinification & Aging: Vinification in steel at low temperature and permanence on the fine lees. Aging in steel, in contact with the fine lees and one month in the bottle.

Pairings: Excellent with fish dishes, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
