Notes : From 62-year-old vines planted on clay-limestone soils and grown organically. The grapes are harvested by hand, maceration lasts a week, followed by fermentation in clay amphorae with indigenous yeasts for 3-4 weeks at a controlled temperature. The wine rests on the lees for 5-6 months in used French oak barrels. In the last month the barrels are filled and left to rest. No barrel aging takes place. Unfiltered.

Costador's Chenin Blanc will surprise you, as the "wild" nose hides a delicious and complex taste. We encounter notes of almond and caramel, a pleasant smokiness that follows a bit of wood to finish with a nice flavor.

Perfect pairing with cheeses, grilled salmon and Galician octopus.
