Notes: Fine nose, floral bouquet with notes of acacia flowers and green apple; slender body with medium structure. On the palate it is dry, very fresh and well balanced thanks to a delicate minerality and fragrance.
Vinification & Aging: mechanical harvesting of the grapes. Aging in steel tanks with batonnage on its own yeasts for 6 months.
Pairings : Perfect as an aperitif; excellent with fish starters and crudités; vegetables and even vegetable lasagna.
