Notes : Floral and fruity notes meet pleasantly, the olfactory bouquet is very broad with scents of citrus, peach and tropical fruit. On the palate it is balanced, with ample freshness and a persistent finish.

Vinification & Aging: The harvested grapes are transferred to the cellar, the bunches are selected, followed by destemming and soft pressing. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a temperature below 16° for 12/14 days. The wine ages in steel for a few months before being bottled.
