Notes : Aromatic, subtle aromas of white flowers, light aromas of apricot, mineral aromas. Harmonious body, mineral, structured, good persistence.

Vinification & Ageing: Coming from a very steep limestone plot in the village of Saint-Véran, this cuvée was vinified without SO2. Ageing was carried out in stainless steel tanks (50%) and oak barrels for 6 wines (50%).

Pairings : Recommended with fish terrine, fish in sauce, grilled white meats, goat cheeses. For an aperitif.
