Notes : Citrus, white flowers and exotic fruits. Persistent and savoury, with a fresh finish.
Vinification & Aging : the grapes were destemmed, delicately crushed and softly pressed. The must obtained was transferred to stainless steel tanks where the alcoholic fermentation took place at a temperature of 16 °C. The different lots were carefully and regularly evaluated and assembled. Bottling in January.
Pairings : To be paired with spaghetti with seafood, croutons with Cantabrian anchovies and courgette flowers, seafood salad.

Agrumi, fiori bianchi e frutta esotica. Persistente e sapido, con finale fresco.
Abbinamenti gastronomici +
Da abbinare con spaghetti ai frutti di mare, crostini con acciughe del Cantabrico e fiori di zucca, insalata di mare.
Vinificazione e affinamento +
Vinificazione. Le uve sono state diraspate, delicatamente pigiate e pressate in modo soffice. Il mosto ottenuto è stato trasferito in serbatoi di acciaio inox dove ha avuto luogo la fermentazione alcolica una temperatura di 16 °C.
Affinamento. I diversi lotti sono stati accuratamente e regolarmente valutati e assemblati. Imbottigliamento nel mese di gennaio.
